4 Questions
How do partner referral opportunities work?

Partners may introduce qualified clients to third-party providers for merchant processing, insurance, business lending, financial planning, and other approved services. Every opportunity is subject to provider terms, disclosures, qualification, and applicable law.

Is referral or partner revenue guaranteed?

No. Availability, qualification, economics, client participation, provider approval, and applicable regulations all affect whether an opportunity produces revenue.

Do I need an insurance or financial-services license?

Requirements vary by activity and jurisdiction. Regulated services must be handled by appropriately qualified professionals and follow applicable licensing, state, and federal rules.

Do I keep ownership of my client relationships?

Client ownership, data access, referral responsibilities, and relationship terms are governed by the enrollment agreement and any applicable provider agreement. Review those terms before participating.
