Bookkeeper Growth Partner Program
This Policy explains the limited data-handling provisions stated in the Program Terms and Conditions.
This Privacy Policy describes the data-handling provisions stated in the Bookkeeper Growth Program Terms and Conditions for Partner content and data used within the Program. Bookkeeper Growth is a partner program operated by 1791 Financial Services LLC.
The Partner retains ownership of its pre-existing business content and data. The Partner grants Bookkeeper Growth the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, configure, process, and support that content within the Program.
Bookkeeper Growth may host, configure, process, and support Partner content and data as reasonably necessary to provide the Program, including CRM access, communications, payments, domains, email, telephony, AI, communities, portals, integrations, and support.
The Program may use HighLevel and other third-party services for CRM, communications, payments, domains, email, telephony, AI, communities, portals, integrations, or data processing. Those services may have separate terms, pricing, acceptable-use requirements, outages, and feature changes. Bookkeeper Growth does not control third-party availability and may modify the Program when a provider changes or discontinues a feature.
The Partner is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and security of data placed in the account and for determining whether its use of the Program satisfies obligations to clients, regulators, professional bodies, vendors, and data subjects.
The Partner must not disclose client-sensitive or regulated information in the community or support channels.
Do not upload passwords, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, full payment-card data, tax returns, or other highly sensitive information unless an approved secure process specifically permits it.
The Partner must provide accurate setup information, protect credentials, use multi-factor authentication when available, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. The Partner is responsible for users it authorizes. Bookkeeper Growth may suspend access to protect the Program, other users, or affected data.
Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public business information received from the other.
Following cancellation, Bookkeeper Growth may retain limited records required for billing, security, legal, or audit purposes. When access ends, data export, retention, deletion, and account closure will follow the documented offboarding process and applicable requirements.
